Last night a small upgrade was run with some bug fixes as well as some great new features that we hope will help make your job easier.
Application Navigation for Admins
When a Provider Admin or Provider User goes into an individual application to edit, review, or print there is now a navigation on the right to help you move through the application. This navigation works exactly like the evaluator's navigation, so you only need to click on a page title to be taken directly to that page. You will also notice two new print options: Print as Applicant and Print as Provider. By selecting Print as Applicant, you will be able to print or save to PDF a compressed copy of the application as it is seen by the applicant. By selecting Print as Provider, you will print or save to PDF a compressed copy of the application as you, the admin, see it.
Evaluation Navigation for Admins
This feature is almost identical to that of the Application Navigation for Admins. When you go into an individual evaluation (from your "Evaluation" table), there will now be a page navigation on the right. Just click a page title to go directly to that page. There are also two print options. The Print as Evaluator option will allow you to print or save to PDF a copy of the evaluation and application exactly as the evaluator sees it. The Print as Provider option will have you print or save to PDF a copy of the evaluation and application as you, the admin, see it.
Admins as Evaluators
We understand that many of you who are Provider Admins and Provider Users also need to serve as evaluators for your own programs. This has long been an option for you, but now we've improved it a little. If you are set up to also act as an evaluator and have evaluations assigned to you, you will see a "My Evaluations" option in your top navigation menu. Click this to get to your own evaluator interface. You will see the "My Evaluations" table with a list of all of the evaluations of active programs assigned to you. You can evaluate and navigate the applications just as any other evaluator for your programs would. To get back to your admin mode, simply click on "My Programs" in the top navigation menu.
